1. About PredictR
PredictR is a free-to-play prediction game. No purchase or payment is required to participate. Entry is free.
2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. By registering you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. How to Enter
Create a free account and submit your predictions for six finishing positions (P3, P8, P11, P15, P18, and P21) before the entry deadline. The deadline is 30 minutes before the scheduled race start time. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. P18 and P21 — Finishing Status
For positions P18 and P21 you may optionally mark your chosen driver as DNF (Did Not Finish) or DNS (Did Not Start). If you select DNF or DNS, both the driver and their finishing status must be correct for that position to count. If no status is selected, the driver must finish the race classified in that position.
5. Beta Phase — No Prize
PredictR is currently in beta. No prize is available during this phase. Full prize mechanics, jackpot details, and winning conditions will be published when the prize competition officially launches. Participation during beta is for testing and leaderboard purposes only.
6. Scoring and Results
Results are taken from the official classified finishing order. PredictR's determination of the result is final.
7. Bonus Entry — Fastest Lap
After submitting your main prediction you may optionally pick which driver sets the fastest lap. If correct, you receive one additional entry for the following race only. Maximum two entries per person per race, regardless of bonus picks accumulated.
8. Responsible Play
PredictR is a free competition and does not constitute gambling. However, if you have concerns about your relationship with gaming or competitions, help is available at GamCare (gamcare.org.uk) or by calling 0808 8020 133.
9. Changes and Cancellation
PredictR reserves the right to amend these terms, suspend a race round, or cancel the competition at any time. In the event of cancellation, entries for that round will be void. Where a round is postponed rather than cancelled, entries remain valid for the rescheduled date.
10. Disqualification
PredictR reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, automated, or submitted in breach of these terms. Any benefit gained as a result of a disqualified entry will be void.
11. Independence
PredictR is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any race series, team, circuit, driver, or governing body.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

PredictR collects your name, email address, and prediction data for the purpose of operating the game and communicating with you about your entries.
Your data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. We use Supabase (EU region) for secure data storage.
We will only contact you about your PredictR entries and prizes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
PredictR intends to register with the ICO under UK GDPR prior to public launch. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.
